Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time, I was playing hockey for Australia. Okay, that sounds fake, but it’s actually true. It inspired me to study PT straight out of school. I’ve always had this unshakeable drive to achieve BIG things. But as a born people-pleaser *and* dream-chaser…while I was killing it on the hockey field, my life fell away.
I went on to study naturopathy – but as I’d always done, I put too much on my plate. Between studying full-time, working part-time, maintaining a relationship, and trying to progress my career, advance in the sporting world and keep close friends (you know, life)…
